An Entrepreneurial Skill Development Program (ESDP) aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial culture by motivating diverse groups (youth, women, SC/ST, etc.) towards self-employment. It equips them with technical and business skills through structured training and mentorship, fostering new MSMEs for job creation and economic growth.
